@jamespaden The legal thing would be my biggest concern. But, if you included the use of it in the contract, I'd image you'd be able to.

@jamespaden It would just be an issue during the time the payment is pending, I think.

@jamespaden Good question, I'm not sure. Once the payment has been made, a local license is put on the user's server, so no issue afterward.

I got to fly in a corporate jet twice to fly to meetings. We flew into local airport and saved about 5 hours in car time and airport.

... If your company is running into the ground, it doesn't instill much confidence in the $/he being paid nor the sense of private flight.

If you consider the $/hr of company executives, the time not wasted waiting in lines/delays makes corp jets not such a bad idea. But...
